I. We Collect Your Personal Information

1.1 You can choose the way of visitor login to enter the game directly to complete quick access.

1.3 When using the products and services, you may contact Customer Service for account management, recharge, game technical support, and other issues. You may describe your problem in detail through the feedback function within the product. We may collect relevant information from you, such as your login account, email address, phone number, device ID, system language, and app version to help you solve the problem. When using the Feedback feature, we may collect information about your clipboard if you choose to paste the contents of your clipboard in the Feedback screen. We will not collect any other unrelated information from your clipboard without your consent and separate instructions.

2. Other Information We Collect When You Use Our Products

2.1 When you use our products and/or services, we may receive and record information about the device you use to provide you with continuous and stable support for the operation of online games. This includes device name, device model, hardware serial number (including Mac address, WI-FI MAC, ICCID, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, GAID), operating system and application version and type, IP address, language settings, resolution, random storage memory of the mobile terminal, software installation list, currently running processes, and sensors list.

2.2 In order to improve the experience and convenience of using our products and/or services, we may collect your personal information by invoking the device’s privileges, and we will inform you of the purpose of the privileges and ask for your consent before opening the privileges (except for cases that cannot be supported by the operating system of the mobile device you are using). The details are as follows:

2.2.1 For native or H5 activities that differ in channels and regions to achieve the diversity of the content, we may request to call the location of the device you are using, including precise and approximate location. Location information is personal sensitive information, and you can refuse to provide this information without affecting your normal use of the product. You can also cancel your location information authorization at any time.

2.2.2 To ensure the safety of your in-game payment and account, and to save and store the player’s current game data when running in the background, we may request to read/write external storage, including modifying/deleting the contents of the SD card and reading the contents of the SD card.

2.2.3 When you use our game services, including when the game is in the background running phase, we may request to discover known accounts, read cell phone status, and identity permissions to identify the user’s identity and ensure the security of their account.

2.2.4 To provide traffic alerts and avoid an increase in mobile traffic, we may need to check the status of your network connection during your use of our services.

2.2.5 When you use the Feedback function to upload photos on the Feedback page or use other functions that require the use of a camera, we may request your camera privileges.

If you want to realize or experience the above functions, you may need to enable the corresponding access rights in your device. Please note that when you use our products, we do not collect or use any information about you when the product is silent or running in the background.

Please note that device information, location information, etc. alone is information that does not identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person or use the rest of the personal information in combination, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information during the period of combination, and we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information unless we have obtained your authorization or are otherwise required by laws and regulations.

2.3 When you make payments for services related to our products, such as participating in game packs, direct game charging, privileged monthly cards, etc. (as provided in the Game), please note that the above payment services are provided by Huawei. We will only obtain information from Huawei’s payment service provider to verify that you have made a payment and then provide you with the corresponding payment products and services.
